What does it take to be a man?

Campaign

Chances are, you’ve seen or heard negative information regarding college men and sex at one point or another. The media, in particular, often portray college men as aggressive individuals who are motivated by nothing other than their unyielding hormonal instincts. It’s a constant theme that gets enough airplay to eventually convince just about anyone that it’s the truth.

FSU Measure Up takes a unique approach by seeking input from students, such as yourself, to come to more accurate conclusions. We’re not interested in false word-of-mouth myth and sensationalized accounts. What we are interested in is collecting real data in order to provide real facts. Nothing less will suffice.

So, how do we do it? We start by getting raw information from student surveys. We then analyze that information and present it to you. That’s it. There’s really nothing more to it.

The campaign was initially led by a group of FSU’s advertising and public relations students to assist in developing the concept for this campaign, which you can view below.

If you haven’t already, you’re likely to run across our advertisements in computer labs, residence halls, on billboards, at the FSU movie theater and other various locations on and around campus. We’d like to you make note of the materials next time you see them. Take a look at the numbers.
